Alice is an elaborate and relatably fallible character traveling between the twin worlds of colonial Sri Lanka and contemporary plague stricken Melbourne. The ‘ghost’ mechanic may feel clunky at first but stick with it and you’ll be rewarded with a tender reflection on history and idols and loneliness.
