Delivery

Since the earthquakes back in 2011, we’ve been providing free shipping on deliveries anywhere in New Zealand. The increase in online orders due to Covid has made this cost unsustainable, so we need to make some changes.

As of Friday 20th October 2023, our delivery service looks like this:

• Free shipping within Canterbury ($4 rural surcharge)
  
• Free shipping nationwide for all orders over $100
  
• $6 shipping South Island Urban outside Canterbury under $100
• $10 shipping South Island Rural and North Island under $100
  

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and have an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days. Orders to schools, businesses, and orders over $100 will be shipped via signature-required delivery with the NZ Post courier service. All other orders will be shipped via non-signature delivery, unless requested in the message/comments field. 

You will receive a confirmation of shipment with tracking details by email.

In-store Pick-up

Orders should be available to collect shortly after they are placed, although customers should expect a few minutes for location and processing of the order. A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been processed and is ready to collect.

International Shipping

International Shipping costs are at customer’s expense. Please call the shop to arrange. Goods will be sent using the cheapest option through New Zealand Post, this is typically untracked with delivery between 2-6 weeks depending on destination.
