I miss these wonderful characters already! Wood draws such beautiful portraits of three very different women, their changing friendship over the years, and the different ways they navigate the world over their lifetimes. It’s an easy read but full of pathos and memorable moments. This is a book to be passed from woman to woman. I’ve given this to my mum and my sister and they both loved it. Read it, and then give it to a friend.
