Moosewood Cookbook

Review by Claudia
In four words? Vintage New York vegetarian. There is a lot to love about the Moosewood Cookbook: the ginormous quantities, the hand-drawn recipes, the variety! And there are many sequels, so if you like this one, you’ve got a lot ahead of you. My Californian flatmate from Uni introduced me to this book, and it’s been a mainstay in my kitchen ever since. Tested to death in the Moosewood Restaurant and drawn by the chef herself, this book is a loyal companion and a cult classic.
