Last Road (v2 Antarctic trilogy)

The second in the Antarctic Trilogy of books by acclaimed New Zealand Photographer, Anne Noble, beginning with Ice Blink and WhiteOut/WhiteNoise (forthcoming). The Last Road draws on the archive of Antarctic Photographs that Noble created during her visits to the continent in 2002, 2005 and 2008 as a grantee on the US National Science Foundation Antarctic Artists and Writer’s program. The second volume addresses images of human intervention into the ice continent, and includes writing by the artist, author Lloyd Jones and science writer Richard Panek. Anne Noble is a New Zealand Laureate, and the recipient of a Fulbright Senior Scholar Award.
