After losing his job in the middle of lockdown, Jamie gets a new one after a chance encounter with a friend. But it may be bigger (and more dangerous) than he expected... Vivid, wild and fun, with an absurd but believable premise, this book has friendly and distinct characters, fantastic prose, and is an enjoyable romp through a world that doesn't take itself too seriously.
