Everybody knows Daisy Jones and the Six.

From the moment Daisy walked barefoot on to the stage at the Whisky, she and the band were a sensation. Their sound defined an era. Their albums were on every turntable. They sold out arenas from coast to coast.

This is the story of their incredible rise: the desire, the rivalry – and the music.

Then, on 12 July 1979, Daisy Jones and the Six split up.

Nobody knew why. Until now…

Daisy Jones & The Six
by Taylor Jenkins Reid
Review by Lou

Daisy Jones & the Six is a story I regret not reading sooner. This raw, moving narrative about a band in the 1970s is such an intriguing, gripping read – and the characters feel so real! It was unpredictable in the best ways, with plot twists that worked perfectly. Taylor Jenkins Reid writes about love and hate and everything in-between, I never wanted to put it down. This novel made me feel angry and confused and heartbroken, but it also made me feel content and soft and hopeful. Taylor Jenkins Reid, thank you, I adore this book.
