Workhorse

A story that in its core is about the envy that comes with ambition.
Clo is a workhorse and she knows it. But still she tries to climb the ladder at one of the biggest fashion magazines in New York. If that means a little white lie here, or some manipulation there, that’s just the price to be paid for success. After starting a “friendship” with one of her colleagues -who happens to be the daughter of a formerly famous actress- things take a much darker turn.
A set of highly unlikable characters who do inappropriate things to stay relevant. Sounds horrible, but this book will put a spell on you and when you finish, this story will keep lingering on.
