Bright Young Women
by Jessica Knoll
Review by Ray
In this clever, urgent, subversive novel, Knoll takes the well-worn narratives and tropes of true-crime and serial killers and gives them firmly back to victims. There’s courtroom drama, mystery, family saga and coming-of-age discoveries in these pages, woven together across timelines with skill and care. While reading, I was horrified, furious, totally absorbed and left ultimately hopeful. Highly recommend!
