Ophelia arrives with her actor parents in Stopford where “Plastic is Fantastic – Different is Dangerous.” She discovers a sinister plot to fill the ocean with plastic and the air with toxic fumes. Also, people are disappearing and reappearing as strange automatons. Really exciting and not too scary.
