This is my favourite Gladwell book! Gladwell writes with so much empathy and compassion, yet fiercely challenges the way we approach strangers and our conversations with them. This book asks you to view the world and the people in it a little differently, and details what will happen if we continue to assume the worst of people. An absolute must read!
