Join us for an after-school drawing and illustration workshop!

On Wednesday, November 5th at 4pm we will be joined by Hilary Jean Tapper, Ōtautahi-based illustrator and lecturer in illustration. Come celebrate the release of her latest picture book, Wrapping Things, and learn tips, tricks and techniques to enhance your drawing and creative endeavours.

This class is primarily for school age children, but all ages are welcome to come along and participate.

This workshop is free but bookings are required, as spaces may be limited. Please book your spot by emailing us at tellingtales@scorpiobooks.co.nz

 

About Hilary

Hilary Jean Tapper is an award-winning illustrator based in New Zealand. She creates picture books, and works as a lecturer and researcher. Her awards include the ABIA Children’s Picture Book of the Year, Storylines Noteable Award, and Forevablility Book Award.
