ABOUT THE BOOK:

Renowned New Zealand cook, caterer and cooking school tutor Tina Duncan has always had a deep love for cooking for others – be it around the kitchen table, at dinner parties, or catering for thousands of weddings and corporate events as former owner of White Tie Catering in Christchurch. Now, in her new cookbook Plated, she shares how to prepare, cook and present your food for maximum effect and minimal stress, ensuring you spend less time in the kitchen and more time at the table with guests.

Plated shares Tina’s deep desire to teach how easy it can be to break bread in the spirit of a life filled with love, family and friends. Each recipe comes with time-saving tips as to what can be made ahead or kept on standby in your freezer. Whether you’re just starting out, or a confident cook looking for fresh inspiration, cooking just got easier. Let Plated become your new kitchen companion.

“Tina Duncan is without a doubt one of our country’s ‘Culinary Gems’. In Plated, Tina shares her wealth of knowledge (and her extraordinary life story), creating a gorgeous cookbook full of delicious, uncomplicated recipes and tips on how to entertain like a pro…here’s your chance to own ‘the caterer’s bible’. It’s a cracker!” – Al Brown

“Every time I’ve had the delight of meeting up with Tina I’ve learnt something important from her.” – Maggie Beer
