The Will of the Many

This was an exceptionally intriguing and very plot heavy book. The main character’s near superhuman determination, ingenuity, and skill powered the story forward from mystery to mystery, keeping you constantly fascinated and guessing at each new piece of information revealed. The Roman inspired society, both culturally and architecturally, was a great backdrop to the story, and helped create a feeling of awe and majesty that permeated the whole book. Despite occasionally finding it too plot focused, this was a very fascinating and enjoyable read, and a brilliant start to the series.
