Tourist Season
By Brynne Weaver
Review by Kazia
Am I profoundly jealous of the FMC for having a raven companion and a woodchipper to feed deserving tourists into? Yes, yes, I am. Brynne Weaver has proven once again that there is nothing quite like a slice of murder with your romance. The tension between Harper and Nolan as they fight each other (and their own feelings) was so satisfying to read. This book delivered on everything I could want in a romance: High stakes? Tick; Banter? Tick; Chemistry? Tick; Mystery and intrigue? Double tick. The couple who digs graves together, stays together? I sure hope so. I forgive Weaver and her murder-y mastermind for leaving us on a cliff-hanger with this one as I know I will eagerly devour the rest of the trilogy. I’ll be waiting with bated breath to return to Cape Carnage.
For fans of Brynne Weaver‘s previous books & Navessa Allen.
