Recipe Tin Eats: Tonight is a versatile cookbook full of tried and tested recipes! I was relieved to find the recipes didn’t need to be adjusted and my meals turned out exactly how Nagi’s pictures looked. I particularly loved the Chilli Garlic Eggplant and Veggie Cashew Biryani. Perfect for anyone wanting to expand their cooking horizons without the fuss of interesting never-to-be-used-again ingredients.
