Slaying the Vampire Conqueror

This standalone novel gave us more rich world-building for the vampire kingdoms of Nyaxia, and another compelling & unique romance! Assassin seer Sylina and her mark, the vampire conqueror Atrius, have different goals, but they grow to understand each other so deeply after he recruits her as his seer. I love the slow-burn quality of Broadbent’s romances, they’re so full of yearning, understanding and eventual respect. Sylina and Atrius go through so much together before they even get to kiss, and I love it. Another A+ battle couple from Carissa Broadbent!
