A compelling dark academia romance set in a menacing Scottish university, this is a slow burn between two rivals who are forced to work together after they become each other’s alibis for a murder. The characters were dark, fun and complicated, the romance was messy and angsty. It’s book 1 in a duology and I’ll be reading book 2 as soon as it comes out!
