More Salad: Two Raw Sisters

I find this recipe book easy to follow, straightforward to shop for and accurate in its estimations. Delicious recipes with a vegetarian angle – and heaps of swaps for flexibility. I find myself cooking page 45, Ginger Peanut Black Rice (with brown rice and green peas as my swaps), for my lunch often, and crispy-upping my capers à la page 31 all the time! The book encourages seasonal shopping – tick! – and is sorted into methods – like raw, fry, oven – so you know what you’re in for or can cook with the weather, because who wants the oven on during a hot summer night? I call it, delicious and doable!
