This is a Young Adult Great Gatsby retelling that I brought because I read a 2-star review complaining that it completely goes against the themes of the original book – it’s got likeable characters, found family, romance between two trans boys, and a happy ending. I love the OG Great Gatsby, but this sounded great to me! And it was. A must-read if you like historical queer books with lyrical writing.
